Being a 2019 BeNext Futuro Las Americas Scholar at Georgetown University was one of the best experiences I have had throughout my 18 years of life. In only 10 days, of course, I developed a project based on very important principles. Social, cultural, economic and intellectual capital are needed if we want our plans to be accomplished in the best quality. My ideas consisted of creating a new way of communication that united nations through the use of holograms. It would be specially made for use inside diplomatic relations to make the interaction between leaders even more direct. As my time at Washington, D.C. was passing I had the opportunity to make a successful reunion with the General Secretary of the Organization of American States, Luis Leonardo Almagro Lemes and the ambassadors of Mexico, the Dominican Republica and Panamá to know their opinions about my project. At the end of the program, I had a sufficient amount of capital to get back to my nation and try to keep the plan alive. Appart from these I not only gained a global view of how a project is made and how college life is, but I made friends that will remain for me in the near future. Thank you, President of Next Mr. Hector Lopéz and all of my colleagues for being at this important point in my life. #BeNxt #2019FuturoLasAmericasScholar.
